How Techtailor handles personal data: what we collect when you book a call or contact us, why we collect it, and the rights you have.
Who we are
Techtailor is a founder-led studio based in Stockholm, Sweden, run by David Los. You can reach us at david@techtailor.io. We are the data controller for the personal data described on this page.
What we collect
When you book a call through our booking calendar we receive the name, email address and any notes you enter there. When you email us we keep your address and the conversation. We do not run advertising trackers, and we do not sell or share your data with third parties for marketing.
Why we collect it
We use your details to hold the meeting you booked, to answer your questions and, if you become a client, to deliver and invoice our work. That is the whole list.
Booking calendar
Bookings are handled by Cal.com, which processes your booking details on our behalf to schedule the meeting and send confirmations and reminders. Their own privacy terms apply to that processing.
How long we keep it
Booking and email details are kept while the conversation or engagement is active, and removed when they are no longer needed, unless we are required by law to keep them longer (for example accounting records).
Your rights
Under GDPR you can ask us what we hold about you, ask us to correct or delete it, and object to how we use it. Email david@techtailor.io and we will handle it. You can also complain to the Swedish Authority for Privacy Protection (IMY).
