Supply Chain & DDP
Sea, air and rail. For new European clients we deliver DDP — customs, duties and last-mile to your warehouse. You receive the goods, that's it.

Sample & Product Design
Send a tech pack, a sketch, or a reference photo. We propose fabrics, build samples, and iterate until the piece is right at the price it needs to be.

Raw Materials Sourcing
Denim mills, knit suppliers, linen growers, trim houses. Thirty-five years of relationships, mobilised for the right fabric at the right cost.

Three generations have worked this trade. It started with the grandfather in Paris, selling fabric across Europe. When regulation made France impossible in 2005, he moved to Shenzhen.
Two years later, Ky Lim — born and raised in France — followed his father east and founded Well Job in 2008. The European client relationships came with him. Eighteen years later, they're still here.
Today, Thomas and Arnaud are the third generation on the floor. The mother handles operations. The sister visits from Paris. When you come to Shenzhen, you don't meet a sales rep — you eat dinner with the family.
